Gajinder Kaur is a 200 hour, IKYTA certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor. She fulfilled her teacher training at Guru Ram Das Ashram in Millis, Massachusetts in June 2007. Since then she has been teaching private and public classes in the Hamptons and throughout eastern Connecticut. She brings her love of the Naad-the sound current--into her classes with an emphasis on chanting and with a 30" symphonic gong which she plays during shavasana to promote deep relaxation and healing. Gajinder has additional training in SuperHealth, a system of yogic therapeutic technology for breaking habits and addictive behavior. It is her pleasure and purpose to share this Yogic science with anyone ready to receive it!
