A Special Town Meeting will be held on Monday, November 20, 2017 at 7:30 P.M. in the Lyman Memorial High School Auditorium, 917 Exeter Road (Route 207) Lebanon, Connecticut, to consider and act upon the proposed 2017-2018 Town budget and other items. Click here to view agenda.
Town offices and departments wil be closed Thursday, November 23 and Friday, November 24 in observance of Thanksgiving.
Ring in the Holiday Season by attending the Annual Tree Lighting Program on Sunday, December 3, 2017 at 6:00 P.M. at the Jonathan Trumbull Library in Lebanon. The brief program will include the lighting of the tree, Yuletide Carols, and a visit from Santa. Following the program visitors may take a stroll around the Green on the candlelit walking path, visit the historic homes which will be open for tours and enjoy the bonfire behind the Library. Join us with your family and friends and welcome in the Holidays with this fun family event!

The Town Clerk’s Office is responsible for the safekeeping of all land records, town ordinances, birth, marriage, civil union and death records, maps, liquor permits, veteran discharge filings, town boards/commissions meeting agendas and minutes. The public may have access to a majority of these records during regular business hours.
Provides for the ability of each political party to nominate as many candidates as there are vacancies on the Board of Education. (2008). This ordinance was rescinded by the Electors of the Town of Lebanon at a duly warned Town meeting held on Monday, April 3, 2017.
Requires town meeting to accept new town roads (1973)
