Do you enjoy biking? The Southeast CT Council of Governments is seeking input on the state of bicycle and pedestrian facilities in the area. Consider providing input via the Bicycle and Pedestrian survey or via this interactive map.
At the Lebanon Farmers' Market, more than a dozen local farmers offer fresh local vegetables, fruits, herbs, cheese, eggs, honey, maple syrup, soap, flora and fauna, and more - every Saturday! Come feed the goats, learn from a master gardener, and sample fresh local produce, ice tea and lemonade. The market is WIC-Certified and supported by the Connecticut Department of Agriculture.

The Memorial Day parade is always scheduled for the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. Lebanon veterans are honored during festivities which include floats, marching bands from local schools and civic organizations, culminating in the announcement and presentation of the Lebanon Citizen of the Year award.
The Summer Dancefest Committee is a direct result of the huge success of the town's tercentenary celebration in 2000. With a desire to make this an annual event, a committee was established to continue with an annual July celebration. In its 19th year, this event is sponsored by local businesses and supported by the townspeople of Lebanon. Under a huge tent and picnic like atmosphere on the historic Lebanon Green, it is celebrated with music by local musicians, children's activities, refreshments by our local fire department and culminates with a huge fireworks display.
Dancefest 2018 will take place on Saturday July 7th, beginning at 4:30 PM. The event will conclude with a fireworks show at 9:00 PM.
Since 1960, The Lebanon Lions Club has operated the Lebanon Country Fair. Started on the Lebanon Green, the fair moved to its current location at the Lebanon Lions Fair Grounds in 1970. The fair takes place the weekend of the second Sunday in August of every year. The fair features commercial vendors as well as fund raising booths for local organizations. Many local groups use the fair as their main fundraising activity throughout the year. Tractor pulls, monster trucks, rides, fair food, displays, crafts, and the Miss Lebanon pageant are bound to impress and amuse. Parking is available at the fairgrounds with additional parking and shuttle service to the fair from Lyman Memorial High School.

Sponsored by the historical society, the antiques fair takes place annually on the last Saturday in September. Over 100 vendors converge on the Green to display their wares. From antique glass and china to larger furniture, tools, textiles and knick knacks, there's something for every antiques aficionado. In addition, burgers, grinders, sodas, and the ever popular clam (and sometimes corn!) chowder are for sale.
The holiday season begins with the tree lighting in front of the library featuring carols, bell ringers, a cozy bonfire behind the library, open houses in historical buildings around the Green, a visit from Santa courtesy of the Lebanon Volunteer Fire Department, and a stroll along the candle lit path surrounding the Green. This event is held on the first Sunday in December.
