COVID Vaccine/Booster Clinic at Senior Center

The Lebanon Senior Center will host a COVID vaccine/booster clinic on Monday, November 8, 2021 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
The clinic, run by Uncas Health District, will offer all three vaccine varieties: Janssen (J&J), Moderna, Pfizer.
This clinic will accept walk-ins. No insurance or ID is required.
Appointments are also available in the Uncas Health District office every Wednesday from 10AM to noon. Call 860-823-1189 x109 for an appointment.
