Bidding Instructions
• Attend mandatory pre-bid walk June 24, 2026 at 10:00am at the Department of Public Works at 937 Trumbull Highway, Lebanon.
• Submit all questions by June 26, 2026 to Jim Russo/J R Russo, LLC. Response to questions will be posted on Town Web Site.
• Submit all proposals to First Selectman’s Office at Lebanon Town Hall in a sealed envelope by 1:00pm July 2, 2026. Public Opening thereafter at upper Floor Meeting Room.
