What Do Registrars Do?

Registrars of Voters register voters, update and maintain voter lists, maintain voting machines, make voter information available, administer the polling place on election days, and fulfill other requirements mandated by the Office of the Secretary of State.

Forms for voter registration, address change, name change or party enrollment change are available from the Town Clerk’s office during regular Town Hall hours. These forms may also be obtained by contacting the Registrar’s office.

Before every election special voter registration sessions are held.
