Strategic Plan for the Historical Society

The Society conducts strategic planning sessions from time to time, and our next one will be held on
Saturday, April 6, 2024, in the Museum’s meeting room.
Coffee and breakfast treats will be available at 8:30 a.m., followed by the morning session, from 9:00 to 11:30 a.m.
We will break for lunch (provided by the Historical Society), and then continue with our afternoon session, from 1:00 to 3:30 p.m.
Topics to be discussed will include Board recruitment, moving beyond reactive mode in maintaining facilities/buildings
and intellectual property use of LHS proprietary genealogy/research.
Any and all are welcome!
