Shall the proposed 2026-27 Fiscal Year Budget for the Town of Lebanon in the amount of thirty-two million, sixty thousand, nine hundred fifty four dollars and no cents, ($32,060,954.00) for the General Town Government, Board of Education, Special Revenue accounts, Capital Expenditures, and Debt Services with projected revenue of eight million, twenty-seven thousand, eight hundred forty six dollars and no cents, ($8,027,846.00), with a remainder of twenty- four million, thirty-three thousand, one hundred eight dollars and no cents ($24,033,108.00) to be raised by taxes with an estimated mil rate of 22.7 be adopted?
