Scam Alert: Fraudulent Donation Letter

The Town of Lebanon has been made aware of a fraudulent letter circulating that requests donations on behalf of the "Lebanon City Council."

Please be advised that the Town of Lebanon does not have a City Council. Lebanon is governed by a Board of Selectmen, and this mailing is not affiliated with or authorized by the Town.

The letter also lists a return address in Texas, which is another indication that it is not a legitimate communication from the Town of Lebanon.

Do not respond to this mailing and do not send any money or personal information. If you receive one of these letters, we recommend discarding it immediately.
