Schools Superintendent Search Focus Group and Survey
The Lebanon Board of Education invites the schools and broader community to participate in the search process for a new Superintendent of Schools.
Later in February, Mary Broderick, CABE Search Services Consultant working with the Lebanon Superintendent Search Committee, will conduct a series of focus groups via ZOOM to gauge the community’s perspectives on the strengths and challenges of Lebanon and the qualities, experiences, and characteristics desired in a new superintendent. We encourage town officials, business leaders, teachers, administrators, other staff, parents, and community members to participate.
Survey
In addition, an anonymous survey, with a response deadline of February 26, will be available at this site:

Feedback from the focus groups and surveys will be incorporated into a leadership profile that will guide the Search Committee in identifying high-quality candidates who best fit the needs of the Lebanon Public Schools at this time. The Board expects to accept the profile at a meeting in early March.
"We encourage the community to be a part of this important process and look forward to incorporating the results of their participation into the Search Committee's work,” Sarah Haynes, Chair of the Lebanon Board of Education, stated.
