Probate Court (Windham-Colchester District P.D. 28)
Probate is now managed by the Consolidated Probate District of Windham Probate handles various legal issues, most commonly wills and the estates of deceased people. The Windham Town Hall, at 979 Main Street in Willimantic is the primary Probate Court location, and operates during the Town Hall hours.
